Our Rv and Mobile Home Parks
Rv and Mobile Home Parks We focus on buying and operating mobile home parks in Kentucky, West Virginia, Ohio, Indiana and Tennessee.
We identify opportunities that allow us to add value in stable metros.
Room for customization
Private lots are owned by those who buy them. While you still have to follow certain park and community rules, you’ll have a lot more freedom when it comes to customizing and designing your RV lot. You might want to add things like outdoor pet areas, small gardens, carports, hammocks, etc. You have the chance to stretch out and enjoy the space.
Save money over time
Although this purchase can be a bit expensive up-front, it’s actually fairly cheap to buy an RV lot when you look at the money you save. You will spend less on gas and storage. It’s also cheaper to buy and lot instead of rent it for months on end. If you use it enough, it will pay for itself in time.
No storage hassle
One of the biggest pains of owning an RV is the storage. These vehicles are huge, bulky, and expensive to store. If you don’t use it year-round, you’ll need to pay for storage and maintenance, which is a pain in the neck. But if you own a lot, you can just park the RV and set it up for a long time. As long as you , into a perfect mobile vacation home
About Us
We currently own and operate 14 communities/facilities and over 900 total pads/units in Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, Tennessee, and West Virginia. We love mobile home and RV parks, but we also like the market dynamics of self-storage properties, and own, and are actively looking to buy in all three asset classes.

It’s time to own a Mobile Home/RV Park for a better lifestyle
You Can Customize Them
RV park homes are some of the most customizable options when it comes to RVs. Gone are the days where every RV park home looks the same or comes with the most basic furnishings. Now, you can add decks, windows, granite, and much more to your park home to give it a more upscale look. This is a huge advantage when looking at using them for long term or permanent living situations as you will get the same great creature comforts that you would normally find in a traditional home.
Great For Private Living
With cities popping up in just about every corner of the country, more and more people are looking to escape to a more secluded side of town. From traffic noise to the clutter of cars on your road, suburban life is not always the ideal living situation for some people. This has made more secluded areas of town more favorable as people look for more private living areas. An RV park home makes for the perfect solution as you do not have to wait for a home to be built or have to follow the same code restrictions as most neighborhoods.
They Are Affordable
One of the biggest benefits of buying an RV park model home is that they are much more affordable than a traditional home. Due to their smaller size and the fact that you do not have to pay for a concrete slab or land, you get to save money. Don’t let the lower price fool you into thinking that you are not getting quality products. Platinum Cottages uses some of the highest quality materials to construct out RVs. This allows you to spend more money.
You Can Transport Them
A main reason that people choose to go with an RV park model home is that they can be transported with any vehicle capable of towing them (licensed toter and permits must be obtained by the DMV). RV park model homes are homes built onto a chassis with wheels similar to a trailer. This allows you to move the home when needed.
One of the great benefits of an RV is being able to travel with “all the comforts of home” such as a refrigerator, bathroom, and comfy beds. However, staying at an RV park with amenities is always a great bonus. When you stop at a long-term RV campground serving Sweeny , such as Stonebridge RV Park, you will find a “home away from home” that will make your life much more comfortable.
